How do I book a car?+

Search by pick-up location and dates on the home page, choose your car and options, enter the driver details, and confirm. You can pay online by card or reserve and pay by bank transfer — our team will contact you to finalise.

How does “reserve & pay by bank transfer” work?+

Place your reservation and our team calls you within 2 hours to confirm availability and share the bank details. Your car is held while we arrange payment.

Is there a deposit?+

Yes — a refundable security deposit is held at pick-up and released after the return inspection. The amount is shown on each car before you book.

What do I need at pick-up?+

A valid driving licence held for at least 1 year and an ID document. The main driver must present both.

Can I cancel?+

Yes. Free cancellation applies up to 48 hours before pick-up on most rates; the exact policy is shown on your booking.

How do loyalty points work?+

You earn points on every completed rental and can redeem them for money off future bookings. Bronze, Gold and Diamond tiers unlock extra perks. See the Rewards tab in your account.
